Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare Hotel - Lavris

Great place with amazing staff who helped with an insect bite on my first visit. The free Wi-Fi, children's pool, and beautiful gardens make it my favorite. I'm coming back for Christmas.

This was just a perfect match for a trip in Lavris with excellent value for money. The bungalow overlooking the gardens had fine views and tea & coffee making facilities, a nice touch. Make sure to check out the entertainment, as there are good shows in the evening.

Great animation for children and adults! They work responsibly and professionally! The food is delicious! A sea of fruit! Yummies! Everything is made for a good mood! I advise everyone who's with the kids.

The room was on the 3rd floor, the elevator, the noise insulation is weak in the rooms, so you can hear everything.

It has spectacular and exceptionally nice location short walk to Melidoni caves and Heraklion and Rethymno, and Hania, the three major cities of Crete.

Fantastic Family Getaway with Vibrant Atmosphere!

The staff were friendly, we felt welcomed throughout our visit. The food at the main restaurant was good, with a variety of choices to suit everyone. Relaxing by the quieter pool was the perfect way to unwind after meals. Book early for the à la carte options!

As always, this chain is at it's best.

Dinners are a little worse than other hotels of this chain (we choose this chain for the fourth time)

You could not utilise sport facilities after 17h (when Sun is not so intense) because animation team has key to it and reception does not know where the animation team is.

The location, swimming pools, gardens, general upkeep of the buildings.

The air conditioning in the hotel and the rooms was not working efficiently, especially in the restaurant. The food and beverages were not up to the standard of a 4 star all inclusive. No evening entertainment as advertised.

Exellent service and animation

The Iberostar resort offered a pleasant stay with friendly staff who were always willing to assist. The facilities were well-maintained. I appreciated the large swimming pools, particularly the saltwater options, a unique experience. The variety of food was commendable, with several dining choices that included international cuisines.

The room furnishings were a bit dated.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the sea front, the ocean and an olive farm, reptile house and historical cave. Got well laid out and well-appointed room with a terrace when arrived, enjoyed that.

Good service and pleasant surraunding.The food was good. our first experience of all inclusive hotel, We liked also the pool gymnastic .and guided exercice dance (one step etc.)
